Please Note: All available Ramp parking spaces are now reserved from April 9th through April 14th. If you would like to be added to our waiting list please complete the Prior Permission Request PPR form and your name will be considered if space becomes available. The waiting list is on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend contacting one of the other three airports for accommodations.

Due to limited space, Augusta Regional Airport will now require Prior Permission to park all aircraft except scheduled commercial aircraft.
The PPR program will be in effect Monday, April 1, 2013 and last through Monday, April 15, 2013.

A PPR number may be obtained by completing a Prior Permission Required (PPR). Please see Request form below or call the FBO at 706-798-2656.

In our efforts to ensure that a parking space is available, we encourage all operators to obtain a PPR Number as soon as their travel plans have been confirmed. Please understand that all arrival/ departure date or aircraft type changes must be coordinated and approved by the FBO no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2013. PPR numbers should be entered on each flight plan along with their assigned slot.

There are also two new Prepaid ramp fee options for Masters week 2013.

1. Quick Turn/Drop and Go Option- Allows the aircraft operator to take advantage of the discounted ramp fee and relatively quick ground servicing benefit (1 hour ground time maximum)

2. Dedicated Weekly Spot- Allows the aircraft operator to take advantage of the flexibility of arriving/departing as necessary with the satisfaction of always knowing their parking space is reserved all week long. (Only one PPR request required for this option, landing fees are included)

Ramp Fees

For all Ramp Fees and Special Event Ramp Fees, i.e. Masters Golf Tournament, air shows, etc. please see the fee chart below:

Cancellation Policy:

*Landing fee is based on aircraft MLW. There is no Landing fee charge for aircraft up to 12,500 MLW. All pre-paid ramp fees are non-refundable (i.e. Quick Turn/ Drop and Go or Dedicated Weekly Spot reservations). All other Prior Permission Required (PPR) daily requests must provide a credit card number by filling out a Credit Card Authorization Form upon receiving your PPR processing email. Please understand that all PPR changes must be coordinated and approved by the FBO no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2013. Should you need to cancel your PPR please contact the FBO at 706-798-2656 at least 48 hours in advance. Should you cancel your PPR the day of reservation or do not show up on your approved date your credit card will be charged for one daily ramp fee.*
